Appreciated large and very pretty rooms.
Was an interesting place for trip. My 4 nights in Tulum were excellent. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with nice bathroom and jungle view, as for instance as expected. Staff were helpful. The location was stunning and beautiful to Yal-ku lagoon. The rooftop restaurant served a lot of outstanding food.

Had an EXCELLENT stay on vacation, glad I've chosen it. The room was modern and excellent and the bathroom was amazing. The hotel had a stunning and beautiful location, about 20 minutes' walk from the city center. Café Le Crepe Cafe Restaurant located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money at this hotel. The room had a lovely jungle view, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The staff, especially Enrique, were incredibly helpful and friendly.
The breakfast selection could use some improvement.
